Inspect the ClimWagon K202 unit and verify all components: exterior unit, interior panel, sealing strip, and the heavy-duty mounting kit.
Step 02: Roof Opening Preparation
Ensure your roof opening is within the universal adaptable range of 38x26 cm to 51x41 cm. Thanks to our universal frame design, no precise cutting is required. Clean the roof surface thoroughly to ensure a debris-free contact area for the seal.
Step 03: Precision Sealing
Apply the high-density waterproof sealing strip around the opening. This is the first line of defense against leaks and vibrations.
Step 04: Hoisting the Exterior Unit
Carefully lift the ultra-slim exterior unit onto the roof. Align the base with the opening, ensuring the intake and exhaust vents are unobstructed.
Step 05: Secure the Internal Brackets
From inside the vehicle, install the reinforced fixing brackets. Tighten the bolts crosswise to ensure even pressure on the roof seal.
Step 06: Dedicated DC Power Connection
Connect the heavy-gauge power cables directly to your 12V/24V battery bank. Important: Do not connect to AC generators or alternators.
Step 07: Interior Panel Integration
Connect the communication cable and secure the slim interior panel. Ensure the LED display and touch controls are accessible.
Step 08: System Intelligent Self-Check
Power on the system. The K202 will perform a diagnostic check on the Inverter Scroll Compressor and voltage levels.
Step 09: Ready for Off-Grid Adventure
Set your desired temperature. Enjoy the near-silent, efficient cooling of the ClimWagon technology.
